I usually try to come up with something snappy and witty to introduce a new product to you, but this time I don't anyone can talk about Tiny Tillia any better than the website itself:
"Once upon a time, there was a young mom who wanted the best for her
little one. She looked online and in the store, but nothing was pure, cute
or fun enough - her child deserved more!
So she searched inside her heart and gave TinyTillia its magical start.
Tiny Tillia is a land where kisses grow on trees, giggles sprout like
wildflowers and sweet scents fill the air.
You won't find it on the map. But hug your baby and in a snap,
the Tiny Tillia bunch will appear with wonderful products and plenty of
cheer."
'Nuff said.
Founded in 2006 by Tiffany Lerman, Tiny Tillia now has a great partnership with Avon; and now you can treat your baby -- and yourself to some great products.
There's only one catch.
You can only purchase Tiny Tillia on the web, and you can only purchase it through an Avon Representative.
Now, isn't convenient I'm around?
When you visit Tiny Tillia, you'll see a little link that says "find a representative". After you click, it will ask for a name and a state. Now, you can look around your own state for a Rep, OR you can just put in my last name (Alvarado) and my state (MA). And off you go!

As Campaign 22 draws to a close...
I want to make a confession.
I don't wash my face every day.
Now I know what you're thinking; "what say what now? You sell beauty products and you don't wash your face every day? What kind of testimony is that?"
It's honesty. I don't wash my face with cleanser every day. I never have. Well, I take that back. I did once give the whole daily facial regimen a try, with another skin care product, but then my face started falling apart.
So I gave that right up and went back to my 3 days a week water/2 days a week cleanser treatment.
My skin thanked me and I moved on.
Until recently. Doing my research about the Avon Anew products has broken through my stubbornness and I've decided to go back to the daily regimen of facial skin care. Why?
Over the years, the Anew product line has evolved to include products that are tailored to women of different age groups, from the 30's to 60's and beyond. I am squarely in the middle of my 40's and, despite the old addage that "black don't crack", I'm starting to see little tiny ... well, cracks growing. I don't like that.
I have already tried the new Avon Genics Night Treatment Cream and the Anew Reversalist Day Cream, and I'm extremely happy. They're both very light creams, not too greasy, and I don't feel like I'm wearing a pound of product on my face.
Now, it's time to stop half-stepping and go all in.
I'm dippping into the cleanser category for the first time. And at $8.00 a full-sized tube, I can't resist.
(By the way, you can find this on pages 88-89 of the brochure)
So, I'm going to get brave. I'm posting a pic today of my in all my tiard (yes, I said 'tiard') glory. In one month, I'll post a new pic of me after using the Anew products in a daily regimen.
Let the change begin!
Me, before Anew Reversalist. Ain't I gorgeous? |
You want to come on the journey, go check out the products and give them a whirl. They even have a nifty quiz (link below) to give you an idea of which products will work for you. And, Avon does still have its Money Back Guarantee, so what do you have to lose?

Compare 4 Yourself & a Special Offer Personally from Me
I was going to talk about Avon's Naturals product line, but I figured that I would be talking to thin air if you didn't realize how you could actually save money without sacrificing quality with the products I'm pushing.
Today, I'm going to give you the opportunity to compare your items with our items and see for yourself.
And I'm not talking apples and oranges here; I'm talking about items you already are so used to buying, you probably haven't thought about the price for some time. Or maybe, with these crazy, stupid economic times, you're actually starting to take a look at all of your "discretionary" spending to see where you can cut corners.
Not that body wash or deodorant could ever, EVER be considered "discretionary". Perish the thought.
Like I said in a previous post, I was amazed when I realized I could get real good -- AND effective -- anti-perpirant/deodorant for only 99 cents. After that, I got curious and sat down to figure out exactly how much I could save on these products if I purchased them at Avon.
Today, I'm going to share the link of the Compare and Save worksheet for you to do it yourself: Click, print and give it a try. Now, you're going to have to go play at my website to get the prices you need.
Even better, I can find the savings for you.Give me a day, and the key products you use from the list and I bet I can find savings -- if not, some great quality products that will give you and upgrade for the same price.
Just email me your list of products, and I'll send you a customized shopping list.
And just in case you're wondering, I don't have the patience to compile a mailing list yet, so I won't be sending you any spam in the near future.
Or, if you like, you can share your products in the comments below; I'll reply with your list.
Maybe you'll get a pleasant surprise when you're all done.
And I'll share my numbers with you next week; same time, same channel.
Good luck and happy saving!

The Basics of Sweet Smelling Skin Care
One of the things Avon specializes in is the fine art of fragrance layering. The idea is that, to keep your favorite scent lasting longer, you combine the use of body wash, skin softener, deodorant, and fragrance that all matches. If a company does it right, you won't end up smelling like a perfumery.
Avon gets it right with their layering collections.
Right now, I'm stuck on the Sweet Honesty layering set. Sweet Honesty has a very feminine fragrance, reminiscent of spring flowers and baby powder. Avon calls it "Floral Andehydic"; I call it a grown up version of Love's Baby Soft.
The set contains the fragrance, talc powder, deodorant (we already talked about this great product!) and skin softener. Avon has been doing this form of skin softener since I can remember. Back in my mother's day, she loved the Charisma "creme sachet". I loved that it came in cool little decanters, like owls and frogs and the like.
Fast-forward to today. The Creme Sachet is now the Cream Skin Softener, and the product is a lighter than air, softly scented potion that leaves your skin so soft! I have chronically dry skin so I've tried everything. During the dry, scratch seasons of fall/winter, I combine different lotions to get the relief I need. This year, I've been either using a mix of Avon's Moisture Therapy Ultra Skin Renewal Lotion and Sweet Honesty cream, or just the cream by itself.
How does the skin softener feel? It's a light cream, not too oily, and it absorbs into your skin like a charm. A tiny bit goes a long way, and, you can use it on just about any part of your body, except the face. We have creams for that (wink).
If you are looking to get back to basics with your skin care, I certainly would give the layering idea a try. You combine great skin care products with a fantastic fragrance -- and just about ALL of Avon's fragrances has layering companions, even our Prestige fragrances like the new Eternal Magic. Right now, with the holidays coming, the sets are hot, ready to fly out of the catalog into your shop.
Give it a try; you won't regret it.

Sometimes Finding the Best...
is the simplest thing.
In this great search for all things best and brightest sometimes we lose sight of how simple -- and economic -- it can be.
How old-school is a roll-on deodorant? Yeah, I thought so too... totally ignored this section of the catalog in favor of all the goodies on the local store shelves - the newest, the best in protection, heat-sensitives, etc.
Then I purchased the Sweet Honesty Set. It's one of Avon's specialty, the layering package. Containing the perfume, the shimmering body powder, the perfumed skin softener (more about this fantastic product later), it also contained the roll-on deodorant.
I shrugged and gave it a try.
Can I just say, I haven't been using anything since? I chucked all of my other famous, big named deodorants away. Went back to basics so, to speak.
What's the best part of this product, the part that you can't deny is a show stopper? It's only .99 cents. Yup, I said 99 cents. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, you can get the bonus size for one dollar more. You can stock up on all kinds of fragrances -- just about every Avon fragrance has a matching roll-on.
Finally, here is a classical item that Avon has been selling since forever (or at least since I was a kid)
Just grab yourself a cotton ball, dab a little (and I do mean a little) on and put it where it counts.
Simple and sweet smelling.
So tomorrow, I'm going to tell you about the skin softener... stuff that takes plain old lotion and kicks it to the curb.
